What you get

Twenty-six lowercase letters cost nothing and the font file they make is complete and unwatermarked. One payment adds capitals, numbers and punctuation, the bold, italic, outline and tracing styles, and the TTF, OTF, WOFF and WOFF2 files.

The payment covers every font you make from that address, not just the first one. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Your handwriting is yours

You keep every right to your own handwriting and to the font made from it. No licence over it is claimed here, and it is not used to train anything.

You can use the font for work, including work you are paid for, and you can put it on things you sell. You cannot resell the font file itself as a font.

Handwriting that is not yours

Plenty of people make a font from somebody else's hand, and often that is the whole point. It should be a hand you have the right to use.

Do not use this to imitate a signature, or to pass off writing as somebody else's in a way that misleads. That is the one use this is not for.

Refunds

If it did not do what you expected, write within fourteen days and you will get your money back. No form, no reason needed.

What is not promised

This is one person's project. The site may be down sometimes and features may change. Your font files are yours either way, which is why downloading and keeping a copy is worth doing rather than relying on being able to fetch them later.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer where you live.
